Welcome to

La Solana Bar & Restaurant is a real gem amongst other establishments in the area and is now open for drinks & food to members and non-members alike. It is set in the heart of La Manga Club and is part of the renowned 5* La Quinta Club

We are open everyday for breakfast and lunch with drinks available all day from our superb bar. Our fine dining restaurant & Taberna area is now available every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening, where you can choose either air conditioned seating inside or enjoy al fresco dining on our spacious terraces overlooking the swimming pool.

Our restaurant now opens early (from 6:30pm) to allow guests with younger children to sample our excellent cuisine.

This year we have strived to get you the best products from both the land and the sea and are delighted to offer some exceptional products for 2018;

  • Locally sourced and finest quality Mediterranean Red Tuna (our supplier has received multiple awards worldwide for the quality of this fish).

  • Some of the best Oyster 'Guillardeau' available in Europe.

  • Exquisitely tasting Cantabrian Anchovies.

  • Caviar, a delicious mix of two species of sturgeon (Beluga and Sevruga), producing a perfect balance of this coveted soft and flavoursome seafood.

  • 'Rubia Gallega' mature entrecotte, lamb shoulder & leg roast suckling pig.
  • The finest (and where possible organic) locally grown/produced vegetables.

Our chefs also work with the best quality products, such as 100% extra virgin olive oil and try to minimize the use of salt. Cooking techniques have been designed to enhance the natural properties of the food, such as vacuum cooking and low temperature steaming. All our gastronomic and nutritional dishes are produced for your culinary delight and are cooked to perfection

  • Italian crispy bread with foie grass, black garlic butter and extra virgin olive oil
  • Warm pickled salmon salad served with apple and wild red berries
  • Tuna tataki served on a bed of quinoa and soy sauce
  • Mature entrecôte beef “rubia gallega” (400 gr) served with pan fried vegetables and potatoes
  • Crêpe suzette “La Solana”
  • Chocolate brownie rocks served with strawberry ice cream and hot chocolate sauce

  Season Opening Times La Solana bar & restaurant

+ Final dinner service on Saturday 27th October 2018 for the season.

+ We remain open for breakfast and lunch until 17th November inclusive.

+ Closed for holidays from 18th November to 21st December 2018 both inclusive.

+ We will open again only for breakfast and lunch 9.00am to 5.00pm from 22nd December 2019 until March 2019,

   closing Thursdays and Sundays.
