Located behind La Plaza is El Oasis Tennis Centre, host to both Davis Cup and Federation Cup matches, and the official winter training base for the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). It consists of 28 tennis courts: 20 clay courts, four synthetic grass courts and four green set courts with floodlit courts for night-time play. Also two paddle tennis courts, a squash court, a bowling green, two paddle courts and a crazy golf. Racquet stringing services available at the tennis shop. Members of La Quinta have 10% discount on clothes at the tennis shop.
The resident tennis professionals will be pleased to assess playing standard (free service) and coach both experienced and inexperienced players at levels Intermediate, Improvers, Junior of 15 years and under and Juniors of 12 years and under. At the moment there is a Tennis Club Afternoon on Mondays and Fridays, Junior Tournament on Tuesdays, Mixed Doubles Tournament on Wednesdays and Mens and Ladies Doubles on Thursdays.
