La Quinta’s renowned La Solana Bar & Restaurant is set in the heart of La Manga Club and is open for drinks & food to members and non-members alike.
Breakfast, lunch and drinks are available from our superb bar during bar opening times. You can dine in our restaurant on selected days of the week (contact the restaurant for full details and menus).

Our chefs have introduced new and innovative dishes using exclusive products such as 100% extra virgin olive oil, whilst endeavouring to minimise the use of salt. They are also highly skilled in gluten free cuisine with La Solana accredited by the Celiac Association of Murcia (ACMU).
All cooking techniques used have been designed to enhance the natural properties and flavours of the food, such as vacuum cooking and low temperature steaming.
