Updated information

Further to the latest news regarding Sky Sports and other encrypted channels, please note our provider has removed these services.

As you are all aware viewing encrypted channels it is not allowed in Spain. This includes streaming services such as Sky Go.

We are actively researching other solutions and will update you if we can find an alternative provider.

In the interim members can watch a variety of live sports using the television in La Solana which has the app DAZN installed, however the commentary will only be available in Spanish or English depending of the broadcast

Under current restrictions there is also a limit to the amount of people inside that can watch at this time (14 persons)

We are very sorry this situation has arisen but it is totally out of our control.

La Manga General Community Announcement

The Summer Edition of the General Community newsletter is ready for Owners to view. Please click on the link below to read it.️

  • “To comply with the requirement of data protection legislation, we are advised that minutes of the Presidents meetings cannot be distributed without agreement of all the Presidents. This was not obtained at the April meeting and not all Presidents have responded to our subsequent email message requesting permission to publish. As a result, we will ask the appropriate permission at the next meeting, scheduled for 23rd June. Hopefully, we will be able to distribute the April minutes at that time.”

Chris Coates,

General Community President

  • As you may be aware the General Community has set up an independent Medical Advisory Committee to look at the most appropriate method of providing Medical Services at La Manga Club. Once it has concluded its deliberations the Committee will present their findings to the Presidents. It is important that all Owners have access to the Committee so that they can air their views on the subject. We have therefore set up an email address so that Owners can contact the committee directly with their views. The Medical Advisory Committee would very much welcome any contributions.

The email address to contact is: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

La Plaza development

At a Presidents Meeting 20th January 2021 the Presidents of La Plaza and Las Sabinas informed the meeting of a development proposal applied for by Inmogolf.

We understand that the projected plans for 15 commercial outlets and 10 tourist residences are to be built on the area currently occupied by the Kids Mini-Club, Crazy Golf, Splash restaurant at Oasis pool and the entirety of the La Plaza Community car park.

Legal action initiated by La Plaza Community has stopped the current plans for the present.

We will keep an eye on developments and advise you accordingly.
